Sometimes you need us and you don't have an appointment already scheduled, or want to access certain services we offer and are not currently a Chase Brexton patient. 

The same-day services we offer, the locations and hours at which they are available, and the individuals who can access each service are listed below.

Our Walk-In Medical Clinic is available only to current Chase Brexton patients with a medical provider at a Chase Brexton Center. Some of the issues for which you may use our Walk-In Clinic include:

  • Sick visits (sore throat, cough, cold, rash, stomach problems)
  • Sexually transmitted disease/infection testing 
  • Free pregnancy testing
  • Birth control starts

Mt. Vernon Center

Mon, Tues, Thurs: 8:20 a.m. to 11:40 a.m. and 1 p.m. to 1:40 p.m. 
Wed, Fri: 8:20 a.m. to 11:40 a.m. and 1 p.m. to 4:20 p.m.

Columbia Center

Mon, Wed, Fri: 8:20 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 4:40 p.m.
Tues: 8:20 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Thu: 8:20 a.m. to 12 p.m.; no afternoon walk-ins.

Easton Center

Walk-in services not available at this center.

Glen Burnie Center

Walk-in services not available at this center.

Security Square Center

Fri: 8:20 a.m. to 3:40 p.m.

The Sexual Health Clinic offers contraception, prevention, and testing services for a wide range of sexually transmitted infections. Linkage to additional services and ongoing care with Chase Brexton is available. 

The clinic is open to all individuals, whether or not they are a Chase Brexton patient. No appointment is necessary, walk-ins are welcome.

Mt. Vernon Center
Mon-Fri: 12 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Mon-Thurs: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. 
Fri: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Columbia Center 
Mon-Thurs: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. 
Fri: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Easton Center 
Mon-Fri: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Glen Burnie Center 
Mon-Thurs: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. 
Fri: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Security Square Center 
Mon-Thurs: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. 
Fri: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Anyone age 6 or older may walk in between 8:30 AM and 12:00 PM for an initial assessment and to meet one-on-one with a therapist who is bilingual (Spanish/English). No appointment needed, just bring your insurance card. A sliding fee scale is also available.

Mt. Vernon Center 
Mon-Thurs: 1 p.m.

Initial assessments and information about our Substance Use treatment programs is available at our Mt. Vernon Center Monday through Thursday at 1:00 PM each day.


NOTE: Walk-in Behavioral Health Services at Columbia Center have been suspended until further notice.

Wednesday: 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Free pregnancy testing is available to any individual, whether or not they are a Chase Brexton patient.
