Same Day Services

No one plans to get sick. So we've got a plan for that.

Sometimes you need us even when you don't have an appointment! 

Same day medical appointments are available for many illnesses and health concerns. Call 410-837-2050 to make your same day appointment.

Our Walk-In Medical Clinic is available only to current Chase Brexton patients with a medical provider at a Chase Brexton Center. Some of the issues for which you may use our Walk-In Clinic include:

  • Sick visits (sore throat, cough, cold, rash, stomach problems)
  • Sexually transmitted disease/infection testing
  • Free pregnancy testing
  • Birth control starts

Mt. Vernon Center

Mon, Tues, Thurs: 8:20 a.m. to 11:40 a.m. and 1 p.m. to 1:40 p.m. 
Wed, Fri: 8:20 a.m. to 11:40 a.m. and 1 p.m. to 4:20 p.m.

Note: No afternoon clinic on the first Tuesday of each month.

Columbia Center

Mon, Wed, Fri: 8:20 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 4:40 p.m.
Tues: 8:20 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Thu: 8:20 a.m. to 12 p.m.; no afternoon walk-ins.

Note: The walk-in clinic will be closed from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. on the first Tuesday of each month.

Easton Center

Walk-in services not available at this center.

Glen Burnie Center

Mon: 1:00 p.m. to 4:20 p.m.
Fri: 8:20 a.m. to 11:20 a.m.

Security Square Center

Walk-in services not available at this center.

The Sexual Health Clinic offers contraception, prevention, and testing services for a wide range of sexually transmitted infections. Linkage to additional services and ongoing care with Chase Brexton is available. 

The clinic is open to all individuals, whether or not they are a Chase Brexton patient. No appointment is necessary, walk-ins are welcome.
