Charm Ball 2017 raised more than $100,000 to support the Hope Lives Here fund. Thank you for your support!
Relive Charm Ball 2017
Chase Brexton Health Care's third annual Charm Ball succeeded in raising approximately $100,000 to support the Hope Lives Here fund, which helps Chase Brexton patients with critical needs live their healthiest lives.
Hope Lives Here is a partnership program between Chase Brexton Health Care, local businesses, and community members. Through their support, donors enable Chase Brexton to bring quality health care—and hope—to individuals in their own communities who are in need now.
"These funds will make an immediate and significant impact in the communities we serve," said Becky Frank, Vice President of Marketing and Development for Chase Brexton. "Some of our patients are forced to choose between essentials such as prescriptions or groceries. With our donors' gracious support, we can ensure that they receive both."
More than 220 guests gathered at the B&O Railroad Museum in downtown Baltimore to enjoy an evening of dinner and dancing featuring the style and landmarks of Charm City. Two Chase Brexton Health Care employees received the Dr. Ronald Taylor Award for their contributions to patient care: Deborah Dunn, Trans Health Coordinator; and Melinda Sickle, Senior Pharmacy Technician. McKesson received the Corporate Partner Award for their steadfast support of Chase Brexton's pharmacy.
In addition, Chase Brexton officially launched its 40th Anniversary celebration at the event. The coming year will be packed with commemorative events spanning the organization's four decades of care, all leading up to an especially distinctive retrospective event at the fourth annual Charm Ball in September of 2018.
Chase Brexton thanks the following sponsors who support the Charm Ball and the organization's mission: Allied Universal Security Services, McKesson, Priority Partners, and Quest Diagnostics.
