Chase Brexton was recently recognized as one of the nation's highest-performing health care centers, and for the progress made in the quality of care we deliver, with a federal grant funding of $231,073 to support our ongoing operations.

The grant award was made by the Department of Health and Human Services' Health Resources and Services Administration, and was part of $117 million in quality improvement awards to 1,318 health centers across all U.S. states, territories, and the District of Columbia.

It represents the largest such award that Chase Brexton has received in the last five years, following a grant of $117,254 the previous year, and was the largest quality improvement award granted to any Federally-Qualified Health Center in Maryland.

These funds will be put back into the organization to support a number of improvements to patient care and Chase Brexton's operations.

The process of receiving this award involved many Chase Brexton employees across many administrative and clinical departments; thank you to all those who contributed to this outstanding recognition.
