WJZ-TV's Gigi Barnett interviews Nate Sweeney, executive director of the LGBT Health Resource Center of Chase Brexton Health Care, and artist Jess Dugan, co-creator of "To Survive on This Shore," photographs and stories of transgender and gender-variant elders over 50. The project will be displayed at Chase Brexton's Mt. Vernon Center through June 24, 2016.
