Chase Brexton Health Care officials celebrated the expansion of their Glen Burnie Center Thursday evening with an open house, displaying the facility's new pharmacy, dental, behavioral health and substance abuse services.
The center moved into the third floor of 200 Hospital Drive in January of 2015, where they offer primary care, obstetrics and gynecological services, HIV testing and case management services.
In 2016 the center began to expand, taking over the 5th floor of the 200 Hospital Drive building, where they now offer behavioral health services for children and adults, as well as substance abuse services. That facet of the center opened in September.
Next, the center expanded to the fourth floor of the building, where it began offering dental services for both adults and children in early December. And in February, the center opened a pharmacy on the 5th floor.
The open house Thursday was held to celebrate those recent expansions.
