Adult Medicine

Chase Brexton maintains a strong commitment to comprehensive, affordable adult medical care.  Many people seek health care at Chase Brexton because of our "whole person" philosophy of caring for our patients' health-related needs.  Additionally, we have always been a provider dedicated to the LGBT community, bringing to our health care a deeper understanding of the values of honesty and respect for the diversity of all our patients.

Chase Brexton’s Board Certified primary care physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners provide ongoing primary care, referral and inpatient care for hospital admissions. Primary adult medical care includes:

Children's Medicine

Chase Brexton also provides primary medical care for newborns, children, and adolescents with a family-centered focus.  Your entire family can receive medical care at one location. Children's medical care includes:

  • well-child check ups
  • preventive care and immunizations
  • sports physicals and back-to-school checkups
  • sick visits
  • management of common diseases (e.g. asthma, acne, and obesity)

Payment
Payment is due at the time of service.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.  Chase Brexton participates with multiple insurance and managed care plans.  For our uninsured, underinsured and low-income patients, Chase Brexton Health Services offers a sliding fee scale and help accessing state and federal assistance programs. We are dedicated to serving anyone in need of health care services, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay.
