Nursing Services

Chase Brexton Health Services integrates professional nursing care into all of its medical services.  Chase Brexton’s strong nursing staff, composed of RNs, medical assistants and certified phlebotomists, works as a team with your physician to help patients meet their health care needs and goals.  Chase Brexton’s Registered Nurses also have specialty training in STD and HIV prevention.  The focus of all of the nursing services is on health education, and supporting health-seeking behaviors.  Services include:

• Certified Diabetic Educator 
• disease-specific education and support
• coordination of well-woman care
• walk-in sexually transmitted disease (STD) clinic
• walk in HIV counseling and testing
• assessment for urgent medical needs (walk-in triage)
