Dental Services

The Chase Brexton dental office provides a wide range of dental services to adults and children. Our services are open to a diverse patient population including the local community, the gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender (GLBT) community, individuals infected and affected by HIV/AIDS, and those simply seeking quality dental care for themselves and their families.  Our dental patients are encouraged to view and approach their oral health from a comprehensive standpoint.  This approach provides the best opportunity to improve and maintain overall wellness with a focus on oral health care delivery.  Services include:

• restorative care - fillings, periodontal treatments, crowns
• replacement care - bridges, partial and complete dentures
• emergency care - extractions and root canal therapies
• cosmetic/elective care - porcelain veneers, composite bonding, tooth whitening
• fixed and removable prosthetics
• periodontal and preventative care
• routine oral surgical and endodontic treatments.

Payment

The dental office participates with multiple insurance plans including BC/BS, Delta Dental, Cigna, and Johns Hopkins Health.  We also participate with many managed care plans such as Priority Partners and Medicaid.  Patients are given written estimates of dental work prior to treatment and any claim submission is done by our clinic.  Payment is due at the time of service.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.  Chase Brexton participates with multiple insurance and managed care plans.  For our uninsured, underinsured and low-income patients, Chase Brexton Health Services offers a sliding fee scale and help accessing state and federal assistance programs. We are dedicated to serving anyone in need of health care services, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay.
