Chase Brexton maintains a strong commitment to comprehensive, affordable adult medical care.  

Many people seek health care at Chase Brexton because of our "whole person" philosophy of caring for our patients' health-related needs. 

Chase Brexton’s Board Certified primary care physicians provide ongoing primary care, referral and inpatient care for hospital admissions.  On-site sub-specialty consultations in podiatry, psychiatry, HIV/AIDS and infectious diseases are also available at the Mt. Vernon Center. 

Primary adult medical care includes: 

• care for acute problems (e.g. flu, sinus infection, back pain)
• treatment for ongoing health problems (e.g. high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity)
• physical examinations
• mental health evaluations
• diagnostic tests
• immunizations
• nutritional assessments and consultations
• women’s health services

We also offer a walk-in sexually transmitted diseases (STD) clinic, as well as free anonymous and confidential HIV counseling, testing and referral services.  Whether you need a routine checkup or treatment for an illness, Chase Brexton’s doctors are ready to meet your unique needs. 

Pediatric Medicine

Chase Brexton also provides primary medical care for newborns, children, and adolescents with a family centered focus.  Your entire family can receive medical care at one location.  Pediatric medical services include:

• well child checks
• preventive care and immunizations
• sports physicals and back-to-school checkups
• sick visits
• management of common diseases (e.g. asthma, acne and obesity)
• contraception and sexually transmitted disease (STD) screenings as needed

Payment:
Payment is due at the time of service.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.  Chase Brexton participates with multiple insurance and managed care plans.  For our uninsured, underinsured and low-income patients, Chase Brexton Health Services offers a sliding fee scale and help accessing state and federal assistance programs. We are dedicated to serving anyone in need of health care services, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay.
