Chase Brexton’s Board Certified primary care physicians provide ongoing primary care, referral and inpatient care for hospital admissions. On-site sub-specialty consultations in podiatry, psychiatry, HIV/AIDS and infectious diseases are also available at the Mt. Vernon Center.

Pediatric MedicineChase Brexton also provides primary medical care for newborns, children, and adolescents with a family centered focus. Your entire family can receive medical care at one location. Pediatric medical services include: - well child checks

- sports physicals and back-to-school checkups
- sick visits
- management of common diseases (e.g. asthma, acne and obesity)
- contraception and sexually transmitted disease (STD) screenings as needed
Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Chase Brexton participates with multiple insurance and managed care plans. For our uninsured, underinsured and low-income patients, Chase Brexton Health Services offers a sliding fee scale and help accessing state and federal assistance programs.
