Annapolis Capital: Chase Brexton Provider Organizes ACA Support Protest

Spicyn told the story of a woman who wandered into the clinic around Thanksgiving. "This woman in her 50s, she was so tired of chasing her next high, her next hit. She just wanted to be with her family for the holidays," Spicyn said.

Under expanded ACA coverage, the doctor was able to get the woman into an addiction program, find her a therapist and get her the addiction drugs she needed.

"Now she is fully present for her granddaughter, she's clean and has a full-time job — all because we could provide her health care with Medicare expansion."
